Domestic Employer Registration

Do you have domestic employees working for you?

As of 19 November 2020, domestic employees are entitled to compensation in the event that they are injured or contract diseases while on duty.
All employers of domestic employees must register as employers with the Compensation Fund and submit the necessary returns as obliged by the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act 130 of 1993
(COIDA).

What We Require from You:

• Completed CF-1E form

• Certified ID/Passport/Work Permit (Employer)

• Proof of the Employer’s Residential Address

• Certified ID/Passport/Work Permit (Employee/s)

• A copy of the employment contract
